How to Keep Your Living Space Clutter Free

By Megan Cherry

If things are not stored properly, any place, be it home or a workplace will become a cluttered place, where you will not be comfortable and you will always run into things which you are not looking for and not finding things which you are looking for. If you are familiar with a store room in a factory or even a shop you'll know that thousands of things can be stored comfortably in a place which is no bigger than your living room and anything can be in matter of seconds while the place retains it's neat and organized look. So, a little organization of your things at home will make your life much simpler. Given below are some easy ways by which you can accomplish this:

1. Assign A Proper Place For Every Item: The main reason for clutter is that more often than not most things do not have a rightful place of their own . So, organize your thoughts and try to figure out if these clutter causing items have been given a place or not. If your answer is no then simply assign proper places to each and every one of these items and see how that completely transforms your living space.

2. Exploring Alternate Methods Of Storage: If you require more space than that provided by conventional storage methods give alternate methods like placing hooks on the walls of your restroom or hangers for your coats a try. This will make your foyer look a lot more presentable.

3. Remove All Unnecessary Items: Single out items that you don't need and will probably never use again and donate them to welfare. You should only keep things which are of some use or are of sentimental value to you. This should be done every day and is the easiest way to get rid of clutter.

4. Garbage Bin: Keep a garbage bin close at hand especially near your work place to make sure that clutter does not accumulate. Trash also needs to be assigned a proper place just like everything else. This way you will keep all unnecessary clutter at bay.

Simply by making a place for every item you can keep your living space organized and clutter free. Just follow this advice and marvel as your living space transforms around you into a beautiful haven.
